Not only would I recommend this place to my friends I called the shop where I usually go (they are not yet STAR certified) and informed them of the cheap rate and suggested they refer their customers who need STAR testing for cheap! I had a great experience with Alpine Smog. He was polite honest and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I will be going to him every time I need a smog check and I hope you do too.
I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. As I said in the tips, I requested a quote through the yelp app and was contacted in less then 10 minutes. I still have not heard back from a majority of the shops.
I drove in and had passed smog within 20 minutes. I didn't call ahead either. The price was reasonable.
Had planned to go sit at the McD's across the street while they did their business, but not necessary. Done in 10..! Price is right! TOTALLY recommend!
